 With your valued support, iNED forums are attracting ever growing audiences.

Recognising that the London Insurance Market is now increasingly engaged in understanding the effects of “Unconscious Bias” … “Diversity” … “Inclusion”, we have combined with iWIN(Independent Women in Insurance) to organise a special forum on this ‘hot topic’.

The content has been designed to offer a thought-provoking, frank and engaging insight into the very real impact that Unconscious Bias can have on the decisions that we and others take at work, at home and at play.

The afternoon also offers a valuable opportunity to network and share thoughts and experiences with members of the Non-Executive Director Community. iNEDs will be able to decide for themselves whether such concerns are significant in the boardroom. Compelling evidence suggests that directors cannot afford to ignore these issues, especially when it comes to attracting talent and securing future success on a global stage.
