LM TOM MARKET CONSULTATION LAUNCH EVENT
The London Market TOM (Target Operating Model) programme was established to drive Market Modernisation and make it easier to do business. TOM recently ran its Discovery phase to identify and develop key modernisation initiatives. The next stage is a period of open Consultation with the Market, lasting until the end of the year. During this time we will be looking for input, ideas and engagement from all areas of the Market as we review and improve TOM’s prioritised initiatives.
London is a Market run by people; your input is essential to guarantee that the TOM programme delivers innovative and realistic solutions. You are invited to attend the Launch Event to commence this Market Consultation. You will receive an update on how different initiatives within the TOM are progressing, details on how you can get your views across, and information about how your input will be incorporated.
