Inclusion@Lloyd’s, R&S Workshops

Lloyd’s commissioned the Clear Company to look at opportunities for the Market to increase diversity of hire.  As project Sponsor, Annette Andrews (Director of Lloyd’s HR) presented the Diversity and Inclusion Solutions Framework that Lloyd’s has invested in and tested, on behalf of the Market, and are now providing to the Market at preferential commercial rates negotiated on behalf of I@L.

A core element of this framework is a two day, accredited Hiring Manager Workshop on Inclusive Recruitment and Selection.   Annette has gifted I@L two workshops paid for by Lloyd’s and would like to offer places to those who have worked towards promoting diversity in the Market.

The date of the first course is 24th/25th October, hosted by Markel International and the second course will be in January, hosted by Aon, dates to be confirmed.

For interest and information, we are also providing you with the main themes from the Deep Dive at Dive In workshop that presented the review findings to over 100 delegates at XL Catlin.

LIIBA are hosting two presentations given by the PPL Programme team.

The presentation will provide the background to the PPL programme and an update on how the initial implementation for Terrorism is progressing, having gone live on Monday 11^th July 2016, before discussing how the Market will be engaged for the next platform rollout, which will be for the Financial and Professional Lines classes.
