As the webinar last month centred around Lloyd’s and the work being undertaken by the Future at Lloyd’s claims programme and their CAT reporting system, this session will concentrate on other projects, initiatives and ‘business as usual’ work affecting the broker claims community – although we will of course provide any updates on the Lloyd’s claim projects.
The Chairs of our Claims Operations Liaison Group (COLG) and Delegated Authority Claims Committee (DACC) will be providing attendees with detail around the work being undertaken by these groups on behalf of the broking community and what their 2021 priorities are. We will also have a cross market panel on hand to answer any queries posed.
We encourage those working within the claims areas of member firms to register for this event, so please feel free to pass the invite through to any colleagues you feel may benefit from attending.

We have been advised by Lloyd’s that they are holding a joint webinar with the CII on 27 January for UK coverholders on the new CII Chartered status. Lloyd’s have additionally advised they do not require or request UK coverholders to have this status – the event is purely an awareness raising/education webinar.
Lloyd’s will be sending an invite through to UK coverholders tomorrow, a draft of which is detailed below for your information.
