STEM
The STEM Insurance Industry Insights Week initiative is focussed on 14– 17-year-olds at a time when they are considering what GCSEs and A-levels to take. Showing all these areas are represented within the insurance industry widens student’s understanding of options outside the traditional career routes. READ MORE
Prince's Trust
The Prince’s Trust is a charity that supports young people aged 18–30, who may or may not have chosen further education. The Get Into Insurance programme provides participants with skills, knowledge and work experience to excite them about starting a career in the London market. READ MORE
upReach
upReach is a charity that works with universities throughout the UK to identify and support high-achieving under-graduates from under-privileged backgrounds. upReach’s Insurance Springboard programme with LIIBA will support 40 students who are interested in a career in insurance. The programme aims to help them explore their career options in the London market, develop key skills to enhance their employability, widen their professional network, and ultimately secure top job opportunities.
