#DiveIn2020 begins tomorrow! Although we’re only one day away from the start of the festival it’s still not too late to register for virtual events across the world. If you haven’t done so already we encourage you to register for events via the Dive In website and share amongst your organisation and networks.

Dive In 2020 will highlight some of the most topical subjects in diversity and inclusion across the world and we’ve highlighted a few events where spaces are still available:

1. Italy’s event: L’impatto del Covid-19 in ambito D&I: Riflessioni e possibili azioni taking place on 23 September at 17:00 CEST

In questo evento conclusivo, giovedì 24 settembre alle 17.00, Giulia Colombo – Executive Assistant Country President e D&I connector di Chubb in Italia, intervisterà Deborah Sola, Head of Broker Engagement & Sales for CE e Sponsor della Diversity and Inclusion in Continental Europe.

1. USA’s event: Stop Workplace Harassment: Active Bystander Intervention Training by Hollaback! taking place on 23 September at 12:00 EDT

This session will look at the tools employees need to disrupt those perpetrating harassment using a proven 5D’s methodology: Distract, Delegate, Document, Delay, and Direct.

1. Indonesia’s event: Enabling Our Role to Stay Inclusive In Organization taking place on 23 September at 10:00 WIT

This session will look at how the way leaders engage with their team and how peer to peer collaboration whist working remotely plays a big part in creating happier and more productive employees.

We’ve also been working on a “New Normal” video series which has shone a spotlight on Family & Care Responsibility, Mental Health and Race and Ethnicity, just some of the diversity and inclusion areas that have seen the biggest challenges in recent months. The videos aim to recognise where the focus should lie as we enter the “new normal”.

You can view them on Dive In’s new YouTube channel as well as our Vimeo Channel. Please feel free to share these on social media and on internal channels within your organisation.

IACP (International Association of Claims Professionals) Upcoming Virtual Events – Save the Dates

Attached is a copy of the presentation that took place in June 2020.

The Future of Delegated Authority What’s ChangingBelow is an invite to a broker specific webinar (2 dates available) we have arranged with Lloyd’s for LIIBA members.

The webinar is available to any personnel within broking firms and will cover work completed on the DA Programme to date, provide information about how all the workstreams are progressing towards implementation and how the DA Programme fits with the Future at Lloyd’s initiatives.

The date and times of the hour long sessions are:

1. Tuesday 16^th June at 10am or
2. Thursday 18^th at 1.30pm

Paul Brady and other senior level personnel associated with the DA Programme will be presenting.

We strongly encourage as many people as possible sign up for one of the above sessions, so please feel free to pass on internally to colleagues.
